1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The item you received is defective or damaged.
- The item you received is incorrect or not as described.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Be reported within 1–3 days of receiving the item.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 1–3 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond with next steps. Please do not return any item without prior approval.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will arrange for the item to be picked up, or provide instructions for returning it.
- The item must be securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.
4. Refund Method
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be processed as follows:
- If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund in cash at the time of item pickup or via arranged handover.
- No deductions will be made if the item meets return conditions.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- The item is damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
- The return request is made beyond 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is no longer in its original condition or packaging.
